A lot of us blue-collar guys are built the same way...
We can carry 80 lbs of drywall up a flight of stairs, work through a sore back, and survive on coffee and bad decisions... but sometimes hearing feedback feels like a personal attack.
Truth is, good feedback tells me what to keep doing.
Bad feedback tells me what to fix.
No feedback at all? That's where you become that old guy standing in the hardware aisle telling everyone, "I've been doing it this way for 30 years," while somehow still doing it wrong.
I'm always learning. New products, new techniques, new tools, new ways to do the job better.
Because the day I think I know everything is the day someone finds me arguing with a cordless drill because "the old ones were better."

Another job in the books for another awesome repeat customer.
This time I had the chance to help Marnie Lynden-Ross and her husband Dave make their new condo feel a little more like home. We knocked out a few projects, including opening up a wall, reinforcing the studs, and closing everything back up so her husband can finally mount that big TV. Gotta have the priorities straight, right?
