Brennan's Landscaping & Design is hosting a Mother's and Father's Day draw for a home made Turtle or Skor Cheesecake (approximately $75 value). Its that time of year again! When getting your lawn ready for winter there is a major step in contributing towards next years growth and that time is now. Spreading fall fertilizer and lime can help strengthen your root systems and bring your lawn back to a beautiful green, while also not having to mow. Applying the right fertilizer can really make the difference in your lawn this fall and next year.
Understanding your fertilizer:
Nitrogen (N): 8% – Essential for leafy growth, chlorophyll production, and overall plant vigor.
Phosphorus (P): 32% – Crucial for root development, flowering, fruiting, and energy transfer within the plant.
Potassium (K): 16% – Supports overall plant health, disease resistance, water regulation, and nutrient uptake.
Fertilizer as noted above shown as 8 - 32- 16 is a fall fertilizer as a 21 - 7 - 7 is typical for a spring fertilizer.

Re-installed a blown out and failed retaining wall and walkway along a slopped driveway to the back of the house. This wall had failed for a number of reasons, but even though we had to replace some of the stones, we were able to use almost all of the original stone (except walkway) to rebuild the wall using proper installation materials. Wrong stone was used for the old walkway allowing rain water to migrate into the improper material behind the wall, which in turn didn't have drainage. All these factors caused their wall to fail miserably. Wall is like new again and is in better shape and functioning properly again. Client was so happy, we've been invited back to rebuild 2 more walls along their driveway!

installed a walkway from the driveway around to the back of the yard deck and then around to their new hot tub pad. Installed some garden wall stone around flower beds on both sides of walkway. Client was very pleased in how it turned out!

Tis' the season for mud! As we transition from our snow covered lawns, Brennan's Landscaping & Design is offering spring cleaning services (leaf and small debris cleaning), as well as Thatching, Aerating, Lime, Fertilizer, Overseeding and Mulch. We also perform lawn repairs from plows and other city/town equipment throughout the winter.

We are also expanding our lawn mowing services in the Oromocto Area (currently 20 slots available).
