Update: Fake reviews got removed from google, unfortunately we don't know who it was and will probably never know. We offer about 5+ different services in summer and winter and want to bring to light that this could've been a competitor of any of those services as well or the bad end of a spam attack at the wrong time as the same fake accounts were used to target multiple companies in the Ottawa area. This issue got fixed so quickly because of all of you and for that we thank you!

Hey everyone, there were a lot of snow drifts last night and some sidewalk plows redid their routes leaving some piles so we will be doing one full pass today with notifications on just to do a final sweep of all the driveways.

Hey everyone!

We are currently monitoring the storm, it is looking like it won't be as bad as the last one but the snowfall will be stretched out longer. We are anticipating starting routes early afternoon once the bulk of the snow hits. This one is going to last all day but less snow than last time. We will update start times if anything changes but for now its looking like 2pm start time. Shovellers will be doing one pass once the snow tapers off which looks like later this evening. (shovelling again, will take some time).

This is still a larger snow event so some clients will experience delays, please keep phone lines open for emergencies only we will be doing our best to get to all driveways as soon as we can.

We appreciate everyones patience, we know snowstorms like these are never ideal so hopefully we go back to the little 5-10cm ones soon, or maybe some summer weather would be nice.

Hi Everyone,

The city will be redoing all of the plowing for all streets today. These shouldn't be mountains like yesterdays piles, the ones we've seen so far are relatively small. We have tractor operators out circling routes to do a final cleanup of the ends of the driveways and scan through everything. Operators were working tirelessly yesterday and if there was anything missed or that needs to be touched up feel free to call or text Steve at 6138073623 and we can take care of it when we are out today!

Hey everyone!

We will be starting tractor routes around 2am. No matter what time we start the first pass at it will look as if we've never been there by the time we get to the second pass unfortunately with 5cm falling per hour as mentioned in the previous email. We appreciate everyones patience and as mentioned please keep phone lines open for emergencies only. After the first pass is done we will be circling around for a second pass and just continueing that same cycle until this storm is done. The city graders will be starting at 7am thursday to clear the side streets and then they will be out again on Friday.

This is going to be a hectic storm for everyone and we will be doing our very best to take care of all of your driveways as fast as we can.

Walkway shovellers will be out starting at 4am and then there will be a second shift for the final walkway cleanup once the snow fully stops.

This is not a regular storm and with high winds blowing snow everywhere driveways will fill back up quickly.

Wishing everyone a safe storm and we hope you're all staying in doors because it's going to get messy out there.

Update: all tractor routes are over 75% done we have to turn notifications off now because its getting late but all driveways should be completed in the next hour to hour and a half. Shovellers are out as well and will complete full routes overnight.

Hey everyone!

We pretty much have right around 5cm on the ground we had all operators on standby ready to go for 6pm due to the forecast but it looks like the snow has come to an end and will get everyone in ASAP to start running routes. Looking forward to servicing you all today it looks like it will be a one pass event with notifications on.
