Wow.
We lost the entire day yesterday due to rain. Today the team put forth a huge push and we managed to close the pools booked for yesterday AND the pools booked for today!
We are 100% caught up.
These are the people dedicated to your pool season. The people that make sure you enjoy your pool instead of working on it. These are the guys that balance 14 million litres of water each week.
Just one day like this is why we have happy clients.
Now I have to 'up the game' on the end of season dinner.
Thanks to Cody Watters and Andrew Stewart.

Boy its chilly outside!
If you havent closed your pool yet, please do yourself the favor and run the pump overnight.
This will keep pipes and equipment relatively safe from freezing damage.

We had a client call to say we never removed his lights at closing.
Although mistakes happen, we immediately returned to correct the situation.
As it turns out, the lights HAD been removed and sitting safely inside the winterizing bag.
Most companies would have charged a service call for sending a unit out.
For us, we were glad to provide peace of mind at no charge for the customer.
Please feel free to call us and ask. Better safe than sorry.
The winterizing bag everyone gets this year.

Im sure your fb feed is flooded with all sorts of flashy stuff about pool closings and why this company is better than that company.
We dont do that, we just close them properly at a great price so you dont have to worry.

In the spring, we never seem to be doing leak detection on a pool we closed. That has to say something.

None of us at Robco can believe today is the past day of the 2026 balance season!
I mean, didn't the season only start last week?

We are actively booking pool closings and will take bookings as late as Oct31

We did a leak detection about a month ago. The homeowner was so upset there were talks about filling the pool in!
Well, today Perma Pools Sales & Installation went and did the repair based on my leak detection and location!
