Another possible addition to the fleet for this winter! ❄️

We’re always looking for ways to expand our snow removal operation and become more efficient. We’re getting close to the point where actual compact tractors will make sense for our fleet, but for now, garden tractors are a great middle ground.

More capability than our walk-behind equipment without making the jump to full-size equipment just yet. We’re continuing to build the fleet one step at a time and find what works best for our routes.

❄️ “Can you service my driveway at a certain time?”

This is one of the most common questions we receive when people are looking for snow removal.

While we would love to have everyone cleared at the exact time they need to leave for work, unfortunately, that just isn’t possible. We’d love to be Superman and be everywhere at once, but every snow route has to have a first driveway and a last driveway.

The reality is, a snowstorm doesn’t have a set schedule. One storm could finish at 8:00 p.m., giving us the opportunity to start overnight, while another could continue until 8:00 a.m. and completely change when our route can begin.

We’ve learned many valuable lessons from last season, and this year we’re designing our routes to take approximately 8 hours under normal conditions.

Heavy snowfall, whiteout conditions and blizzards can disrupt service and cause delays. Safety and changing weather conditions will always play a role in how quickly we can move through the route.

Our goal is to work through the route as efficiently as conditions allow rather than promise an exact arrival time that the weather may make impossible to keep.

Aart's Property Care is now entering Year 4 of serving homeowners
with reliable residential snow removal.
For the 2026–2027 winter season, we're focusing exclusively on Orillia, where most of our snow removal clients are located. By concentrating on one service area, we can provide more efficient and dependable service.
Our walk-behind snow blower service is ideal for homeowners who:
Want to reduce the risk of driveway or property damage.
Have areas that trucks or large tractors can't easily access.
Prefer a cleaner finish right up to the garage door, without the 1–2 ft "safety buffer" that larger equipment often leaves behind.
Seasonal Snow Removal Pricing:

Single Driveway (1–2 vehicles): $600 + HST
Double Driveway (2–4 vehicles): $700 + HST
Triple Driveway (Up to 6 vehicles): $850 + HST See less

Before & after from last winter.

With our setup, we can get right up close to the garage while still taking care of those nasty windrows at the end of the driveway. It makes a big difference when the plow leaves a heavy pile behind.
