Our customers in East Garafaxa has us over last year to sod after they had a concrete pad installed. This summer we came back to help as they extended the concrete pad and needed a 300 square foot area turned into lawn again. We brought the 50:50 mix soil as a base, 300 square feet of fresh Kentucky Bluegrass sod, and with proper aftercare the lawn will be ready to walk on and cut in 3 weeks.

We worked with Pro Edge Fences and Decks in Oakville to build a beautiful deck for this customer. Her old deck was twice the size of the new one, so the heavy clay ground was left exposed in this 500 square foot area beside the new deck. We removed a few small cedars, moved some river rock, excavated some of the existing clay soil, spread 3 cubic yards of 50:50 mix, and 500 square feet of fresh new Kentucky Bluegrass sod. Watered, rolled, and with proper aftercare this homeowner will be ready to cut and walk on it in a few weeks.

These amazing customers in Alton have a newly built rural home, but needed a fresh new area for their new puppy to run around. We created a 2,200 square foot area by removing some of the extremely rocky existing soil, adding 12 cubic yards of fresh 50:50 mix as a base, and 290 rolls of fresh Kentucky Bluegrass sod. Rolled, watered, and with proper aftercare it should be ready to rock in 3 weeks or so.
