Removed existing deck (so rotten your foot would go through) and slab beneath deck. Poured new sono tubes and foundation, enclosed storage area, post and beam timber deck to provide some relief from the hot summer days or snow and rain. Been a great job on horse lake. Siding, soffit and fascia to follow

Interior bedroom / loft and office space reno. Log handrail supplied and installed by Sitka Log Homes Inc. Cut in a new window, LVP flooring throughout, new doors, drywall and paint. Turned out great very happy with the finished product.
