Face lift. New siding, soffit facia, and replace swinging doors with standard 9x7 steel door.

This was quite the adventure!! We disassembled cupboard to install new microwave and range hood combo. New ducting. Customer asked me is the power off I replied must be as I didn’t get electrocuted when I removed the wiring from old range hood. Customer new nickname is sparky !!! I guess it was hot lol. Was a impressive zap !!!

A little TLC !!! New regal railings, base blocks, level, few deck boards replaced, new steps and new step down deck.

Well we picked tin up Friday, stripped layers of shingles Saturday and repair roof deck and wood facia and install new tin roof on Sunday. Was a interesting adventure in the old campground Clear Lake !!!

R&R windows and new PVC 5/4 brick mold on windows and door.

Another project wrapped up. R&R existing windows. Cut old wood frames out and wrap
With with 5/4 pvc 1x6 and new pvc brick mold and insolation. House wrap and new siding and install new gable access door. Remove old lead stack flashing and install 2” abs vent stack and flashing. New soffit and facia and Thanks McCreal for the new eaves troughs 👍 Pretty fine looking pad Now !!!

Well another project completed!!! Gords plumbing installed new duct work and we came behind and closed it in. Framed in new mechanical room walls and finished. And a new walk in closet in down stairs bedroom from a not nearly so useful old alcove that held the old furnace.
