Here's a sneak peak at a renovation we've recently wrapped up.

The old vinyl siding and building envelope was failing, letting water through to damage the frame of the house.

If not replaced properly, damaged siding could lead to water damage, mold, infestation, and potentially dangerous structural problems over the years.

We caught the problems, and wrapped the house with Tyvek, resealed the windows to prevent future drafts or leaks, and buttoned it up in beautiful brand new modern smart siding.

The results speak for themselves.

On the edge of the Rocky Mountains in Millarville AB, this build tells a story of crafts and place.

Sitting atop a two-tiered deck, this timber frame gazebo is a place designed for gathering and connection.

Collapsing glass walls open the space to the mountains, narrowly bridging the gap between indoors and out.

Hand made, custom forged steel railings and reclaimed wood furniture carry marking of human hands and history.

At the heart, a stone fireplace brings warmth to the space, a place to share stories and time.
