Not so fancy in the Hamptons 🫣
The last BIG storm that came through Calgary flooded this basement causing damage to the insulation, drywall and carpet. Luckily the baseboards were made out of maple and we could reuse them.

TIP: Don’t throw out your real wood trim if you ever have a flood. It can save a contractor a lot of hassle when it comes to wrapping up a project.

That’s a Big Deck
This was a really fun project over last summer. It’s a 30’ deck, providing lots of entertaining space off the kitchen. We still have a lower section to add, which will be coming this summer. 🐺🛠🏡

Here’s a nice update we did to a master bedroom and bathroom. One of the main updates was the removal of the popcorn ceiling in both rooms. This is a great way to add life back to your dated home. Flooring and baseboards to be replaced in the future. 🐺🏡🛠

The Summer Home Bummer
A supply line failure caused this summer home to flood for several days causing damages to the entire main floor and several rooms in the basement. We replaced the insulation, drywall, painted the wall, textured ceilings, replaced the floors and even custom made the baseboards and door casings to match the original ones.

A small condensation leak caused some grief in this house. The drywall was repaired and the ceiling was retextured!
