Here is 1 more post with some before and after photos of a job recently completed before I take off for some R&R; these clients were referred to me by Sherri, a designer from Kitchen Craft and were an absolute joy to work with and for. As far as the layout goes not much was changed but enough to make the space more functional, practical and by replacing the light fixture and adding pot lights to ceiling as well as the valance over the window it ended up being much brighter and inviting; new vinyl plank flooring was installed which adds comfort and warmth, a simple yet elegant tile for the backsplash was selected and supplied by the client which made everything come together nicely and the homeowners are beyond thrilled with their new space. Thank you Kitchen Craft for your continued support... numerous more jobs are scheduled and photos to follow in the future.

This job was probably our quickest turnaround time ever but the wheel was also not being reinvented which made it possible; from demo start day to up and functional again it only took exactly 2 weeks and the homeowners couldn't be more thrilled. Thank you to the entire Kitchen Craft family of designers and installers for your continued support and entrusting me with your clients.

These are some before and after pictures from an en suite makeover I recently tackled in a condo, probably 1 of the most ambitious bathroom renovations I've had the pleasure to be a part of and the client (a repeat customer btw) is extremely happy with how it all came together saying it turned out better than she'd imagined. I am proud of this job but I also could not have done this without the help of other trades so shout out to the following people: Nikki at The Floor Show for helping with tile, grout and flooring suggestions and selections, Adam from Village Plumbing, Ruvim from Dax Contracting, Jason from Solidity Glass & Shower, Toni from Exclusive Cabinetry and last but not least, my trusty sidekick Adolf without whom I couldn't do all this. I hope the stunning space can be enjoyed for years to come by the owner, thank you for trusting me with your project.

This was an interesting shower renovation where we were asked to add a dead space behind the existing stall for additional room; no one knows why the empty cavity was there but we opened up the wall and created a roomier shower. The client chose a somewhat European idea of just having a glass divider with no door along with a floating vanity; the room turned out great and we have another satisfied customer who will hopefully enjoy their new en suite for years to come.

While waiting for templated c-tops to be installed on a project with Kitchen Craft at 1 end of the city we tore down and old fence and deck for this client, re-configured a new layout for both and rebuilt from the ground up; this is not our regular gig but makes for a great filler job when in between renovations. She also is a repeat client who's kitchen we renovated along with Kitchen Craft roughly 3½ years ago which is why I sometimes sign up to do something different... plus challenging oneself once in a while is good.

These are some photos of another kitchen reno I recently completed with Kitchen Craft; the different colors of tiles along with the island really bring it all together and a very nice touch I found to be was the textured island counter top. A huge thank you to Leo Conrad for connecting me with these folks who were an absolute joy to work with and even entertaining at times; hopefully they can enjoy their newly developed space for years to come.

These are some before, during and after photos of a project for a "snowbird" customer we completed a couple of months ago; Lisa M Braun-Dunitz from Kitchen Craft whom I've worked with for (I think 2 decades give or take a few months) was the designer that made an idea come to life and turn out even better than anticipated and by removing the window and closing up that wall a lot more could be done with this space. With her years of design experience she is able to take any space and transform it into something functional and and a room one wants to spend time in; happy and satisfied clients is what I and all who work with me in 1 way or another strive for and I'm glad she was so at ease in Florida during this process (as stated in her review available to read in the last pic).

This was a 1st for me but how does one say no to a loyal repeat client; my assistant and I installed an IKEA kitchen. However, the deal was they assemble all the product and we would do the standard demo of old, prep work for new layout and in this case we did the installation of cabinets as well; I think it turned out great in the end and they are extremely pleased with how it all came together. The old cabinetry along with c-tops she was able to sell so it got re-purposed as well thus avoiding the landfill and creating less waste.

These are some before and after photos from a job recently wrapped up that I did with Kitchen Craft; although the footprint didn't change the look and feel sure did. We eliminated the non functional pocket door by the rear entrance, installed a range hood that actually exhausts to the exterior, a simple yet elegant subway tile selected for the backsplash along with updated and modern cabinetry makes this space feel fresh and inviting; thank you to the clients for trusting me with your project and many thanks to all trades I work with that show up and deliver. Tomorrow we start another kitchen reno so stay tuned for updates but in the meantime be kind to one another and lend a hand where needed without judgment nor expectations.
