The urban setting is complemented by a large-scale mural from a local artist, bringing colour and character to the space while giving residents a place to gather outdoors.⁠

Soon, buses will be built here. 🚌

This 25,400 sq. ft. industrial space is being built for SmartTrend Manufacturing, which will use roughly 90% of the building for bus production.

Above the production floor: a 15,000 sq. ft. mezzanine with offices, shared spaces, showers, and glass walls overlooking the operation.

Looking forward to revealing the finish product on this one!

At 1819 Pembina Highway, this 240-unit apartment building is hitting some major milestones both inside and out, bringing the project one step closer to completion.
