This rebuild started with a stripped-down structure and a family who wanted their home back. We started by working out what could be saved and what had to come down. Then we built it again from the foundation up, with new framing, new mechanicals and finishes chosen for the way they live now.

Rebuilding after a loss is about more than replacing what was there. It can be a chance to fix the layout that never worked, add the space you always needed, and come back to a home that’s safer and built to today’s code.

Homeowners planning a custom build typically underestimate total costs by 15 to 25 percent — not because of hidden fees, but because financing, design revisions, and material selections all happen before a shovel is in the ground, and each one can shift the number.
