🎨 𝗔𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵!
Today, after removing the popcorn ceiling, applying skim coat where needed, and carefully checking all the ceilings with proper lighting, we started applying the primer.
Tomorrow, we’ll sand everything again with 𝟯𝟮𝟬-𝗴𝗿𝗶𝘁, perform a detailed light-sand inspection, and complete the remaining touch-ups — which should be very minimal at this stage.
Then it’s time for the final two coats! 💪

🏠✨ 𝗔𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗼𝗽𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗛𝗮𝘀 𝗕𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗻!

Today, we started working on a 𝟮,𝟯𝟬𝟬 𝘀𝗾. 𝗳𝘁. 𝗽𝗼𝗽𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗻 𝗰𝗲𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 in a beautiful older home.
The ceiling had already been painted 𝟮–𝟯 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀, which can make popcorn removal much more challenging.
But with the right technique and our carefully prepared solution of 𝗵𝗼𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗿 & 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, the painted popcorn started releasing surprisingly easily.
As you can see in the video, it comes off almost 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲 🧀, while keeping the ceiling underneath intact. 👌

Over the next few days, we'll continue the transformation and share the 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀 with you.

🛠 Bathroom Restoration Completed! 🛁

Today's project was much more than just painting. The bathroom walls and ceiling had extensive damage and required a complete surface restoration before any paint could be applied.
Here's what we did:
✔ Applied a full skim coat using 20-minute setting compound
✔ Sanded the entire surface for a smooth finish
✔ Applied a second skim coat with finishing plaster
✔ Accelerated drying using cool air to maintain surface quality
✔ Sanded again for a perfectly smooth surface
✔ Applied a high-quality bonding primer
✔ Completed detailed touch-ups after priming
✔ Final sanding and an additional primer coat where needed
✔ Finished with two coats of premium mold & mildew-resistant bathroom paint
The result is a smooth, durable finish that will stand up to moisture and everyday use.

🎨 Cabinet Refinishing Done the Right Way

A beautiful finish starts long before the final coat.
For this project, every cabinet door was removed and transported to our fully equipped workshop to ensure a clean, controlled spray environment.
Our process: ✅ Complete cleaning and degreasing ✅ Careful surface preparation ✅ Shellac primer applied with an HVLP sprayer using a 2.10 FFLP tip for a smooth, even build ✅ Professional sanding between coats ✅ Premium finish coat sprayed for a durable, factory-like finish ✅ Final quality inspection before reinstallation

Today we completed another commercial painting and wallpaper installation project. The transformation is complete, and the client was extremely happy with the final result.

Today's project took us to a commercial skincare clinic on Bloor Street in downtown Toronto.

After completing all the preparation work, we spray-painted the space to achieve a smooth, high-quality finish.
Tomorrow we'll begin installing wallpaper on selected walls and in the washrooms.

Today, we kicked off a new commercial project that includes interior painting, wallpaper installation, and cabinet door refinishing.
At Radlin Paint, we believe surface preparation is the most important step in achieving a flawless, long-lasting finish. That's why we take the time to sand every wall thoroughly using professional equipment, inspect every surface under proper lighting, and repair even the smallest imperfections before any paint is applied.
