A few workiversaries to celebrate at Cap!

In order on pic: Travis is celebrating 2, and Aidan has officially reached 1 year, and Mark recently hit 8!

We’re incredibly lucky to have all three of these guys on our team. Different roles, different personalities, and different amounts of time with Cap - but each of them brings a lot to the table and helps make our team what it is.

Thanks for all the hard work, commitment, laughs, and everything you guys bring to Cap every day. We appreciate you!

First Annual Cap Fishing Trip 🎣

Safe to say this one's becoming a tradition.

A few of the Cap crew headed up to Harbourside Lodge in Bamfield for a few days of fishing, good food, great laughs, and even better company. We came home with sore arms, full coolers, and a bunch of stories that somehow get bigger every time they're told.

Huge thanks to everyone at Harbourside Lodge for an awesome trip and hospitality. Already looking forward to next year.

Today we're celebrating all the dads, stepdads, grandfathers, father figures, and mentors who show up every day with strength, patience, and love.

We're lucky to have a lot of great fathers on the Cap team, and we're grateful for everything they do both on and off the jobsite.

Today is also a chance to remember the fathers we've lost. The lessons they taught, the values they passed down, and the memories they left behind continue to shape who we are.

Happy Father's Day from all of us at Cap. ❤️

School's out!

After seven weeks of Level 2 Carpentry school, James is back with the crew and (hopefully) hasn't forgotten how to swing a hammer.

One thing we're proud of at Cap is helping our team grow. In less than three years, James has completed multiple First Aid certifications, CSO training, and now his second level of carpentry schooling.

We're big believers that investing in our people leads to better projects, safer job sites, and stronger careers.
