Passive House standard for a decade (longer than any builder in the Lower Mainland). We also consult and educate within our industry, to government, and to public at large as to the proven performance benefits of Passive House theory and its correct application. WHY

With the list of municipalities committing to greener practices and even carbon-neutrality, we see Passive as being the easiest and smartest platform for achieving a Net Zero future.
