Project update from Vela Homes.

Parliament Crescent in North Vancouver is complete. Both homes on Clyde Avenue in West Vancouver are complete and the homeowners have moved in. Laurie Crescent in West Vancouver is complete and will be coming to market soon.

At Russet Way in West Vancouver, framing and rough-ins have passed inspection. Insulation and drywall are next, followed by tile installation.

We’re also excited to be starting another project in West Vancouver, with demolition beginning in early August.
