🌲 Throwback to an Unforgettable Day: Virtual Image and Animation x Anatomic LP! 🌲

A few weeks may have passed, but we are still smiling whenever we look back at this day! 💚 As proud members of the Anatomic LP family, our Virtual Image and Animation team joined forces with the Kraków office for our big annual Team Building Day outside the city!

Creating high-end 3D visualizations, architectural renders, and immersive animations takes smooth teamwork - and this event was all about strengthening those connections!

Here’s a quick memory refresh of our "In the Footsteps of the Aztecs" adventure:

✨ 12 cross-functional teams, mystery boxes, and 2 hours of riddle-solving across the woods 🧩

Stepping away from our workstations together was the perfect reminder of how strong our synergy is.

📐 BEYOND THE RENDER | 01 — SITE SERVICES

There’s more to Virtual Image and Animation than visualization.
Behind our 3D work is a team of architects, and that means our involvement in a project can begin long before the final images and animations are created.

We also develop architectural drawings and technical documentation that help transform design ideas into coordinated, buildable projects.

Here’s one example: a Site Services Plan prepared by our team for a residential renovation in North Vancouver, BC.

The drawing brings together existing site conditions and proposed work, coordinating sanitary and storm services, utilities, elevations, connection locations, inspection chambers, and other technical information required to communicate what needs to happen on site.

It’s a very different kind of visual from the work we usually share.
And that's exactly why we want to show it.

Partnering with architects on large-scale industrial facilities! 🚜🏢

At Virtual Image & Animation, one of our favorite ways to work is collaborating with other architects to bring their complex designs to life!

For this project, we worked alongside the project’s architectural firm to create a comprehensive visualization of this Water Bottling Facility in Inyo County.

Thanks to our team’s combined background in architecture, structural steel expertise (including Tekla), and 3D visualization, we seamlessly translated their technical drawings into a realistic visual, capturing everything from the facility’s vast warehouse spaces and logistics flow to the surrounding infrastructure.

Big progress on our 1039 Carnaby Place renovation in North Vancouver! 🚜🏢

We’ve got some exciting behind-the-scenes footage to share!

As both the architects and 3D visualization team for the 1039 Carnaby Place renovation, our team at Virtual Image & Animation loves seeing our digital models turn into real-world transformations.

This past week, the construction crew installed the main structural steel beam, a huge milestone that sets the stage for the rest of the project! We teamed up with All The Rage Creative to capture the moment from above, and the drone footage turned out fantastic. 🚁🎥

Exciting new views of 5300 Granville Ave! 🏡✨

We are thrilled to share a sneak peek of our recent collaboration with Pakland Homes!

For this 7-building development, our clients wanted to give future homeowners a bird's-eye view of the whole neighborhood. To make sure the new homes pop, our creative team rendered the surrounding buildings in clean white, focusing all the attention on the stunning new architecture.

This bird's-eye render was part of a complete visualization package designed to bring the project to life before ground is even broken.
