Happy last day of February everyone!! We spent the month of February fully renovating this apartment from top to bottom. All new kitchen, bathroom, flooring, trim, blinds, drapes, paint, handles, k***s, lighting, and a fresh new vanity mirror to top it all off. Thank you Sidney North Saanich Rentals for allowing us to complete another full overhaul of one of your units. It was a pleasure!! Looking forward to the next one!!

Out with the old and in with the new!! This old shower valve was broken and repair parts were not available, so we opted for a whole new marble walk in shower. We changed from a neo round shower to a rectangle shape to allow for more real estate inside the shower and a better swing door versus a sliding one. We also installed matching trim to the existing tub, a folding white teak shower seat, grab bar, and a sliding shower bar with a telephone shower to get all 2001 body parts. Glass has been measured and will be installed in a few weeks! Excited for that one!!
Great work as always to our amazing crew!!
