Before moving forward with New North Exteriors, our client was considering another contractor whose price came in significantly lower.
Instead of simply trying to compete on price, we took the time to carefully review the project, explain our scope of work, and walk through exactly what was included.
During that process, several important components were identified that had not been accounted for in the lower quote — items that could have resulted in additional costs, change orders, or unexpected surprises once the project was underway.
