👷Construction Labourer
B & C Trenching Ltd. is a locally owned company in the Battlefords specializing in underground construction including trenching and directional drilling. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team.
The successful candidate would be expected to assist equipment operators, perform routine maintenance, equipment transport, site prep, and other routine tasks.
🛠️Responsibilities
• Assist equipment operators and crew members on job sites
• Perform site preparation and general labour duties
• Assist with equipment transport and setup
• Perform routine equipment maintenance
• Complete pre-operational safety inspections
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a team
• Perform other duties as required

• Reliable, approachable, and team-oriented
• Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
• Adaptable and able to respond to changing job-site conditions
• Safety-focused and aware of surroundings
• Willing to learn and take initiative
• Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions
• Willing to travel occasionally and work overtime when required
• Knowledge of underground construction is an asset
• Ability to safely perform physical labour and job-site duties
We are willing to train the right candidate.
📋Requirements
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
💰Compensation
Wages will be based on qualifications and experience.
