WHIPONIC WELLPUTER LTD. is seeking a Receptionist.

The Receptionist, under the direction of management, will be responsible to oversee current projects, update records for all projects and jobs, and correspond with clients and staff. This role will also act as the first point of contact and provide general information to customers and staff.

Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Co-ordinating with clients and staff
• Monitoring projects/contracts and work orders
• Managing phone calls
• Updating records
• Booking travel arrangements
• Other administrative duties as directed by management

Requirements
• Class 5 driver’s license
• Currently live in Norman Wells, NWT OR willing to relocate
• Experience with office equipment (computers, copiers, fax, etc.)
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Analytical, communication and time management skills
