Tired of that speed bump into your garage?

A settled garage approach doesn't just decrease curb appeal—it can also be a major tripping hazard. Over time, that constant jolt can even cause costly damage to your garage floor threshold.

We use high-density polyurethane foam to lift, level, and stabilize these areas in just a few hours, restoring curb appeal and reinstating safety. The difference is night and day!

Give your garage the smooth, level approach it deserves. Get your free, no-obligation estimate by filling out our online request form today! 👑

Does this before picture look familiar? Inconsistent, oversized step rises and tripping points into garages are a common safety hazard for Manitoba homeowners, real estate investors, landlords and tenants. The good news is, it can almost always be fixed!

✅ We raised, leveled, and stabilized this garage approach and sidewalk area in under a few hours using high density polyurethane concrete lifting foam—restoring curb appeal and reinstating safety. Ready for use as soon as we patched the injection holes.

👑 Don't put up with dangerous tripping hazards or inconsistent step rises any longer than you need to. 🔗 Fill out an online request form on our website for your free concrete lifting estimate! (link in bio)

⬆️ Before: An inconsistent, oversized rise to the first entrance step due to the sidewalk settling, plus a separate tripping hazard where the driveway meets the garage floor.

⬇️ After: A consistent, normal rise to the front entrance from the sidewalk, and a smooth transition into the garage from the driveway!

We recently tackled a garage floor that had settled as much as 6.5 inches at the rear! The integral rebar grid wasn’t doweled into the grade beam or house foundation, which caused the floor to shift over time. Our team was able to lift and stabilize the area, bringing the rear of the garage up to 2 inches above the overhead door threshold.

Not only did we restore the floor, but as a collateral benefit, our polyurethane foam also provided thermal insulation to keep the space warmer and more energy-efficient. 🙌

🏠🔧 Is your renovation project on hold because of a settled floor? This basement floor left a large gap between the double bottom plates, and renovations were near impossible. But look at the difference after we lifted and stabilized this area of the floor! 👀

Our team used polyurethane foam to close the gap as much as possible, and create a stable, more level surface. Now, renovations can continue smoothly. Have a similar issue? We're here to help!
