One of our 'standard' products is laminate countertops and are included in our prices. A large majority of clients will upgrade to quartz or granite. However, the laminate industry has come a long ways in manufacturing products that rival, in appearance, the stone tops. You can get some pretty amazing finishes that will make your home look great! 👍No need to pay extra for stone. So, if you think you NEED to upgrade to quartz, granite or butcher block, maybe you don't. 😏

When you come in to talk with our sales team about your new home, don't dismiss the option of laminate. These products can look very high end, without the high end prices. Did you know that you can even get some sinks that can mount underneath instead of the typical top mount sinks. Have a look online to see what's out there before making your decision. 😉

Our is The Kingsford 3. 🏠

This amazing home is one of (if not THE) most popular model we have! 😱😄 We have built so many of these but not one has been the same. We have many versions of this plan but the Kingsford 3 is one of our show homes. It features 1795 sq. ft., 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, vaulted ceiling, large living room windows for a spectacular view, large ensuite, highly functional mud/laundry room, as well as a hidden doorway to the master bedroom. It's a great mid size home for a family or even for a retired couple that needs the space. 😊

If you're planning to build a new home and keep the costs lower, consider linoleum for your flooring. 🤔 That is lino in the photo! Wow!

I was amazed that this product has come so far and can look just like the more expensive vinyl plank! 😱😊 It's not like the stuff from the past... they have wonderful options! No need to spend $$$$ on high end flooring - check out the sheet or plank lino products. Highly water-resistant and great for bathrooms or kitchens.

Our is The Hillcrest model. 🏠

This wonderful bungalow has a well designed layout, 2185 sq. ft., 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a great living space. It comes in 3 modules and a great curb appeal, with its central entrance and symmetrical windows on each side. The master bedroom is large at 14' 11" x 17' 11" and features a very accommodating walk-in closet and ensuite. Feel free to customize anything you like such as stone on the exterior, higher ceilings, chamclad beams, stone to ceiling fireplace or great little lighted nooks for displaying your Tchotchkes.
