Hello folks! I just want to thank Modern Modular for honestly, indirectly & directly changing my life. They make beautiful tiny homes in Nisku.
It’s been an absolute privilege to be part of their projects. Thanks to them, I have had the fortune of growing my business knowledge & overcoming challenges that really helped me take it to the next level.
1. Overcoming limiting beliefs was a big one: like never having thought I could teach a new apprentice to spray at a professional level. I honestly thought it would take years. He only got the chance to destroy my beliefs because I had to go for surgery and was going to lose the contract if I did not find a solution. We were backed into a corner.
2. Long recovery surgery meant I HAD to put a team together. This changed my paradigm forever too, because I was so full of fear I almost called it quits. I’m pretty sure I saw a sweat bead roll off the project manager’s forehead too. The team ended up being successful and everything worked out. Phew.
3. I developed many systems and processes there, like setting up site kits labeled and organized, and practicing professionalism at a much higher level when we showed up. Our understanding of sprayers has significantly increased. We have not had even a slight hiccup in over two years because we maintain them so well. This is probably 5% of everything I learned. It was EXTREMELY transformational to work there.
4. New skills & techniques, too many to mention. From long extensions on the sprayer to really dialing in efficient ways to stain pine & groove ceilings. Some of it is simple, some of it complex.
There’s so much more to mention. I got tons of new connections too, and met friends there.
You know what they say, right? You’re just one door away from the one that changes your life. Thank you as well, Justin Knight, for introducing me, and of course, thanks to Modern Modular, truly more than they know.
The biggest thank you of all is to God, who has been by my side and helped me navigate the challenges. I know He is invisible, but I’m telling you there is a wind at my back. Things just line up too perfectly!
