Welcome to the Team, David Earle!

We're excited to announce that David Earle is joining Phoenix Industrial as our Vice President of Turnarounds & Maintenance, effective July 6.

David brings more than 30 years of experience in industrial turnarounds, maintenance, planning, scheduling, contract management, business development, and operational leadership. Well known throughout the shutdown and maintenance industry, he has built a strong reputation for leading high-performing teams, delivering complex projects, and developing lasting client relationships.

In his new role, David will lead the strategic growth of Phoenix Industrial's turnaround and maintenance division, helping expand our market presence, strengthen partnerships, and drive success with both new and existing clients.

We couldn't be more excited to welcome David to the Phoenix Industrial team. His depth of industry knowledge, proven leadership, and passion for building strong relationships make him an incredible addition to our organization. Today, on the National Day of Mourning, we pause to remember and honour the workers who lost their lives, suffered injuries, or experienced illness as a result of workplace incidents.
