We work with homeowners, builders, and designers to bring kitchens and living spaces to life through thoughtful design, quality materials, and skilled craftsmanship. Milestone Millwork opened its doors in 2005 and has been rapidly growing ever since. We are one of Niagara Regions' leading custom cabinetry shops, offering services in Residential, Commercial and Architectural millwork. We operate out of a modern 4,500 square foot shop located in Niagara-On-The-Lake, Ontario. Milestone Millwork also has recently renovated our showroom with a wide variety of samples. We encourage our clients to visit our frequently updated showroom to get a firsthand look at the types of products we can offer you. We have extensive knowledge of the industry and strive to produce products that will exceed our customers’ expectations. We work with some of the finest industry leading professionals our region has to offer, including designers and general contractors. Have an eye for design, a passion for cabinetry, and a talent for helping clients bring their ideas to life? Join the Milestone Millwork team!

📍 St. Catharines & Niagara Falls
🕒 Full-time, showroom-based | Saturdays required

You’ll guide homeowners from their first showroom visit through layout concepts, material selections, and final cabinet orders—creating beautiful, functional spaces along the way.

What you’ll do:

• Welcome homeowners, designers, and contractors into our showrooms.
• Create accurate 3D renderings, floor plans, and elevations.
• Recommend cabinetry, hardware, countertops, and accessories.
• Prepare detailed quotes, sales contracts, and cabinet orders.
• Coordinate with production and installation teams.
• Keep showroom displays and samples organized and current.

What you’ll bring:

✅ At least 2 years of kitchen/bath design or residential cabinetry sales experience.
✅ Proficiency in 2020 Design or equivalent specialized software, such as Chief Architect or ProKitchen—required.
✅ Availability to work Saturdays.
✅ Strong communication, customer service, and showroom sales skills.
✅ Excellent attention to detail in measurements and cabinet configurations.

Our designers spend time understanding how each client cooks, entertains, stores,
gathers and lives before putting the first design together.

This is where custom becomes meaningful.

Meet Amanda. We asked, What's one mistake you see as a kitchen designer?

"One mistake that I see all the time is trying too hard to be on trend, especially if this is a house that you are going to stay in. Adding trendy elements here and there is ok, but you do not want your project to become dated too quickly. If you aim for longevity for the majority of your project and add in things like reeding on the island or maybe a trendy colour for your island only, then it can be updated as time goes on without a massive undertaking, and you will love your space for longer."
