Our crew completed a partial foundation waterproofing on this home.

We tackled the problem area where water was leaking into the basement and took care of it with the following steps:
• Excavated the affected section, working carefully around utilities
• Cleaned and inspected the exposed foundation wall
• Applied a waterproof membrane and installed dimple board for added protection
• Replaced old weeping tile to restore proper drainage

This partial waterproofing fixed the issue without the need for a full excavation — saving the homeowner both time and money.
