Heated basement floors ✅

As part of this full basement remodel including a new TV/lounge area, built in curved seating, and custom bar space we integrated heated floors.

Heated basement floors completely change the feeling of a remodel. More comfort, consistent warmth, and no more cold floors in the winter — turning this basement into a space you actually want to spend time in.

Engineer spec’d helical piles are screwed deep into stable soil below the frost line, which helps prevent:

- Deck settling
- Shifting
- Frost heave
- Uneven movement over time

Used for a number of different applications but is especially valuable for larger decks, covered structures, hot tubs, pergolas. In this case a new deck.
