One of the crown jewels of our Loft Project ✨
Our clients wanted a space that felt warm, intimate, and completely removed from the rest of the home — a true hideaway.
So we built a library lounge with a full Magic Window opening to the outdoors, a stone fireplace wall, and endless built-ins. Cozy enough for an afternoon with a book, functional enough to become a future guest suite.
A room you never want to leave.

11 years ago when we first started the business, we installed 200sqft of vinyl click flooring for a small business in Newcastle.

At the time, I had just left my aerospace engineering job — and the dream of one day building custom homes across Durham felt completely out of reach.

Fast-forward to today, and here we are — year after year, turning out beautiful homes, additions, and major renovations throughout Durham and Clarington.
