Another bathroom upgrade completed!

We installed two shower systems in this space:

Shower valve trim
Hand shower (wand)

Right shower:
Shower valve trim
Hand shower on a slide bar
Ceiling-mounted rain shower head

The combination of a hand shower and a rain head gives plenty of flexibility for everyday use while adding a clean, modern look to the bathroom.

Tracking down a sewer gas smell with a full drain and vent smoke test 🔎💨

We introduced smoke through the roof vent to trace the drainage and venting system and pinpoint where sewer gas was escaping into the home. The smoke reveals hidden leaks, faulty connections, or venting issues that can’t always be seen during a standard inspection.

This test helped us identify the problem area quickly so the customer could move forward with the proper repair.
