Project Spotlight – Drainage Correction & Pool Base Installation
Another successful property improvement completed by the Home Pride Landscaping and Excavation team.
This client was experiencing ongoing drainage and flooding issues in their backyard, creating unsuitable conditions for a future pool installation. Our team developed a solution that addressed both concerns in a single project.
Work Completed: ✔ Imported and graded sand to construct a stable, level pool base
✔ Raised and recontoured the backyard to improve drainage and surface water flow
✔ Corrected low areas that were contributing to standing water and flooding issues
✔ Installed a fresh layer of quality topsoil
✔ Applied grass seed to restore the lawn and promote healthy turf establishment
✔ Final grading to ensure proper drainage away from the pool area and surrounding property
