New construction projects require roofing systems that are built to perform for decades.

For this project on IOCO Road in Port Moody, we installed a premium SBS torch-on roofing and waterproofing system on all patio surfaces. The assembly included a custom 2% sloping package to promote proper drainage and help prevent standing water, followed by a high-quality Soprema membrane system with protection board and a fully torched two-ply membrane. Once complete, the patio surfaces were ready to be finished with paving stones and other deck coverings.

A beautiful roof is more than just curb appeal, it's also long-lasting protection for your home.

For this New Westminster project, we installed IKO Cambridge 30 shingles in Weathered Wood, a colour that perfectly complements the home's exterior. Because the addition on the left side of the home has a low-slope roof, we also installed a torch-on roofing system to ensure durable, watertight protection. To complete the project, we installed eight new Columbia Low-E skylights six venting and two fixed bringing in plenty of natural light while improving energy efficiency.

KINGSTON GARDENS – Commercial Roof Replacement
Completed in Surrey, this project involved a full replacement of an aging flat roof system to improve drainage, insulation, and long-term performance.

We installed a high-performance Soprema torch-on membrane, added a custom slope package to eliminate ponding water, and upgraded insulation to boost energy efficiency. Custom cap metal and vent housings were also included for durability and proper ventilation.
