Green roofs offer a unique combination of beauty, sustainability, and performance.

For this project, a building and renovation contractor partnered with our team to install the LiveRoof Standard System on the home's existing flat roof section. The finished green roof not only provides lasting protection but also creates a beautiful natural view from several of the home's second-story windows.

Living roof systems are an excellent option for homeowners and builders looking to incorporate sustainable building practices while creating a truly distinctive finished product.

Choosing the right roofing material is an investment in both your home and its long-term performance.

For this Burnaby project, the homeowner selected Enviroshake for its natural cedar appearance, exceptional durability, and 50-year non-prorated warranty. In addition to installing the new roof, our team replaced the large skylight panels, giving the home an updated look while helping to maximize natural light.

When selecting a new roof, it's important to consider not only appearance, but also longevity, sustainability, and overall value. Enviroshake continues to be an excellent option for homeowners looking for a premium roofing solution.

New construction projects require roofing systems that are built to perform for decades.

For this project on IOCO Road in Port Moody, we installed a premium SBS torch-on roofing and waterproofing system on all patio surfaces. The assembly included a custom 2% sloping package to promote proper drainage and help prevent standing water, followed by a high-quality Soprema membrane system with protection board and a fully torched two-ply membrane. Once complete, the patio surfaces were ready to be finished with paving stones and other deck coverings.

Whether it's a roof or a waterproof deck system, using quality materials and proper installation techniques helps ensure long-lasting performance.

A beautiful roof is more than just curb appeal, it's also long-lasting protection for your home.

For this New Westminster project, we installed IKO Cambridge 30 shingles in Weathered Wood, a colour that perfectly complements the home's exterior. Because the addition on the left side of the home has a low-slope roof, we also installed a torch-on roofing system to ensure durable, watertight protection. To complete the project, we installed eight new Columbia Low-E skylights six venting and two fixed bringing in plenty of natural light while improving energy efficiency.

Every home is different, and we take the time to recommend the right roofing system for each unique project.
