Another patio cover transformation by Valart Solutions. 🔨
We removed the existing roofing, exposed and prepared the structure, and installed custom roof risers to create the proper clearance and support for the new patio cover system.

From demolition and structural preparation to custom fabrication and installation — every detail matters when building something that’s made to last.

We completely rebuilt the enclosure with new framing, installed Durock cement board, applied Henry Blueskin VP100 for superior weather protection, and finished the project with NovikStone composite stone for a durable, low-maintenance finish.
