Happy National Farmer's Day! Thank you to all our Valley farmers for keeping us fed!
Yesterday was National Farmers Day, and we couldn't let the occasion pass without celebrating the incredible farmers and farm crews across our Valley! 🧡🌾
This summer, our Rewind 89.3 Farm Crew visited farms across the Annapolis Valley, meeting the hardworking people who put in the long hours to keep our communities supplied with fresh, local food. We're so grateful to everyone who welcomed us, shared a little bit of their day, and let us be part of what they do! 🚜👨🏼🌾
A final BIG thank you to our Farm Crew partners who made another season possible: Tidal Tractor - Port Williams, Kelly's Deli Xpress New Minas , Amy's Pro Branding, Nova Scotia Farm Loan Board, Skylit, Shur-Gain Feeds'n Needs, Family Tire, Acadia Refrigeration & A/C - 1997 Ltd, and the Nova Scotia Trucking Safety Association. Thank you for helping us give these hardworking crews a little well-deserved appreciation! 👏💚
Here's to the people who help keep our Valley growing. Happy National Farmers Day! 🧡
