Helped out with a fun little project this past weekend! 🪚🔨

The new wall is up! Thank you to J. Poncsak Carpentry for donating your time and labour to build this project, and thank you to Neepawa-Gladstone Co-op for donating a $300 gift card to put towards material costs. This wall will allow us to add more study spots to the space, which has been very needed. Paint still to come!

We are hiring a seasonal labourer (with potential for permanent) to start in May.

Qualifications: valid driver’s license, reliable, good communication skills, punctual, ability to do physical labour. Duties include handling materials, job site and tool maintenance, and assist in construction. Construction experience not required, but is an asset.
Full time hours.

Last week we had the pleasure of helping out at the Habitat for Humanity build in Neepawa. We were in charge of the framing portion and the organizers did a great job making sure they had material there ahead of schedule so everything could roll smoothly.
Special thanks to volunteers that helped, especially Nelson Almey for backfilling, supplying and running equipment, as well as keeping us on our toes and setting a high-tempo pace!

Looking forward to seeing this project unfold and creating a beautiful space 🏠

Last day of 2024 for us. A few pics of what our year looked like!
