A couple bouquets ready to be delivered this morning, a cooler full of flowers ready to be worked with later today, an abundance of orange gladiolus looking for a new home (message me if you are wanting this cheery bouquet for someone), and a garden full of flowers waiting to be picked. I have been back from my trip to Switzerland for over a week now but what a busy week it has been. The weeds did really well while I was away so frantic weeding has taken place. I’ve also had a few larger u-pick groups so I have not advertised u-pick evenings. If you are interested in u-pick please let me know. Grab a few friends and we can schedule a time that suits us all. The flowers are plentiful. The rainy morning did not deter this bridal party and the cooler temps make strolling the paths in search of the perfect flowers so enjoyable. In between I managed to get a bunch of applesauce into the freezer.

Another bucket of LOCALLY GROWN LILIES heading for the cooler for conditioning today. You can’t get fresher than this. I pick the stems before the flowers open (along with one stem of open flowers to show you the colours) to give you the longest opportunity to enjoy them in your home.
