Unknown to me at the time, there was a camera on me for this blackberry removal project and I love it! These customers were absolutely awesome to work for and I so very much appreciate the time lapse he took. This was the first day, I found massive stumps under those blackberries and returned the next day to remove and clean them up in about 4 hours.
I can not post pictures and videos together sadly so check the comments to see the before and after and the massive stumps that were hiding in there.

🏡 Can't get home insurance? Or is your deductible through the roof?

You might be one of thousands of Vancouver Island homeowners sitting on two ticking clocks — Poly-B water lines and a failing perimeter drain.

Insurers are done playing nice with Poly-B. If your home still has it, you may already be getting declined or paying dearly for coverage. Same story with poor perimeter drainage — water in the wrong places causes the kind of damage that keeps adjusters up at night.

The good news? Both problems are fixable — and we've teamed up to make it easier.

⛏️ Dandy Excavations handles the dig — excavation, drainage and site work done right.

🔧 Proactive Property Systems handles the plumbing — Poly-B replacement and drain connections by a Red Seal certified plumber.

Two local, owner-operated businesses. One call or text gets the whole job done.

I hope to see you at the b**r and burger fund raiser for QSS Class of 2026 dry grad!

If you have been pondering a small project for your property this is a great time to get er done and support the grads at the same time. I would love to see my contribution go for top dollar in the silent auction but there is no minimum bid on it. You may be lucky and get your project done dirt cheap.

I have put a lot of effort into developing my website recently, something I enjoy doing.
One thing I added is a slider in the footer that randomly shows reviews from my Facebook and Google pages. I would like to express my enormous gratitude to those who took the time to post those reviews for me, they make a big difference. Recently I have had more than one potential customer say I got the call in part because of the reviews they read.
