I also want to thank you for your patience for me to get to you and your request. Trust me I have not forgotten about you and I am doing my best to get to everyone as soon as possible.

Good day! I am excited to offer my professional services to fulfill your landscaping and home renovation needs.

For landscaping I am open to everything from simple clean up to full yard care:
Full yard care
Garden care, including maintenance, design and building
Soil and amendment orders and distribution
Pathway maintenance and new builds
Greenhouse construction
Water features (fountains, bird baths, ponds)
Fences and gates
Decks
Firewood cutting, splitting and stacking.

For reno services I have experience in a wide variety of trades including:
Framing
Siding
Window and door replacement and installation
Tile work
Basic plumbing
Basic electrical
Insulation
Drywall, mudding and taping
Floorin
Trim
General contracting

I will be offering my services on a cost-plus platform, billing at 60$/hour.
Any material I purchase for a job will carry a 15% surcharge.
Power tools for larger landscaping jobs (chain saw, brush saw) will be billed at 20$/day plus gas.
