a single skid-steer and a 1-ton dump truck. Priding
himself in top quality workmanship and ensuring the
job is done properly and efficiently, he has built Nadcor up to what it is today. Initially providing such services during the summer months as landscaping, corral cleaning, tree mulching, augering, etc., he would th
en switch gears during the winter months as Nadcor would shut down the groundworks department and travel up north to work in the oil & gas industry providing consulting services for drilling & construction projects. After 23 years of spending the winters away from home, Len decided in April of 2015 to retire from the oil & gas industry and has focused on providing state of the art groundworks services to local communities, farmers and businesses full time. His daughter Toni joined him in the spring of 2016 after college and continues to work along side Len with the same integrity and attention to detail.
