Built for more than one purpose.

This custom multi-use space is taking shape with massive 24' × 12' custom door openings, creating the ability to completely open the building up and connect the interior with the surrounding property.

Designed from the ground up for flexibility — entertaining, events, training, recreation, storage, workspace, or whatever comes next.

And we’re not stopping at the walls.

Up next: a full concrete rooftop patio, turning the roof into another functional outdoor living and entertaining space.

Big openings. Strong structure. Maximum usable space. Built with

Structure becomes architecture.

This board-formed concrete pier was built to carry serious structural loads while remaining exposed as a finished architectural feature. The natural grain, joints and character of the forming boards are permanently cast into the concrete—creating something raw, honest and built to last.

Formed, poured and revealed by West Edge Building Co. for the visionary Matt Gilgan

Built the old way — by hand, from the land.

Every tree for this sauna was hand felled, hand debarked and carefully fitted, keeping the natural character of the timber intact.

Massive boulders, raw logs and an all-natural living turf roof allow the structure to blend directly into the forest around it.

No manufactured look. No unnecessary finishes. Just wood, stone, earth, fire and craftsmanship.
A true backwoods sauna — built to feel like it has always belonged here.
