REGARDING RECENT POST SEEKING EMPLOYEES:

Have had lots of responses since cross posting and are pretty sure that of the few we are interviewing over the next couple of days there will be at least one or two great guys in the candidates that can fill the position up to code and above standard, so thank you to everyone who showed an interest but please consider this opportunity filled for now.

EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY ORIGINAL POST:
Need worker for this current autumn busy season, IMMEDIATELY. Winter could be slow but we do still have work, and this opportunity can be long term and very lucrative for you if you are a hard worker, team player and professional.
REQUIREMENTS:
⏰ CLOCK: Punctuality. At location, on time.
🚘 CAR: Own vehicle and clean driving license to get to office for workday departure in Bala at 7am - 7:30am. Comfortable with driving a truck with trailer.
👷🏻♂️SAFETY: Don’t be a liability to yourself or others on our sites, ever.
PREFERENCES: will be given to those with:
✅A current fit test cert (for full face masks and fresh air lines when required) working at heights and/or confined spaces cert. (Again, not required immediately but preferred and will get you those asap if you are a good fit for the company as they will become necessary)
🪪A history of driving with and backing up trucks and trailers (yes experience with boat trailers counts)
🪜Individual comfortable with climbing/being at heights/confined spaces.
📋🧭comfortable with project details and location changes depending on each job.
🫡Work prioritization for the next two months due to potential long days as required. Very rarely out of town but can happen.
(Note: even if you don’t have these preferences but do have the requirements, shoot your shot, we can and will work with you)
Rate of pay 25$ to start while training. Raises occur quick and consistently as certifications and reliability are met and confirmed. Must wear PPE and the company shirt while on job sites.
We work with insulation in all forms, mainly: spray foam, sometimes combination with blow in and batt projects.
