Very important to get your utilities located prior to any in ground work. This year our utilities locates have been difficult jobs not getting done tickets not getting filled by all companies needed. This 1 eas complete and im thankfully for that. This makes 5 weeks straight hand do***ng holes for fences.

This deck build incorporated something a little different to allow the size of the deck the clients needed. You cant cover over windows without an exit point in case of emergency. With incorporating this lightweight access grill we achieve a proper egress. This grill although lightweight can withstand approx 200 lbs of weight so if you accidentally step on it or the dogs run over it everyone remains safe to enjoy the deck space.

There was only 1 way into this back chance. A few months ago I would have never been able to complete this project. Fitness isnt all about muscle its about your everyday life.

The quality of lumber these days means you need to triple check everything. Each board on this deck build had some slight variations. Between the quality of lumber and all this rain and humidity we needed to break out the planer to bring this structure level all the way across
