This elevated deck was on life support. The homeowners could not safely go out on their beautiful deck. Support not properly footed, rotting fascia boards and overall DIY special. From the 4x4 posts installed over allowable span to vinyl deck with an improper grade. We made some code compliant upgrades and now our clients can safely re use their lovely deck for the rest of the season, and many years to come.

After demo and even while working nails and debris can be hard to spot in the grass. We dont take chances. Takes no time to go the extra mile. Comfort Construction .ca
