As the conflict continues in the middle east we are going to see a rise in material and transportation costs. High diesel prices are going to dramatically effect the cost of construction products. IF you are considering a project in spring or early summer, it might not be a bad idea to consider finalizing plans and purchasing materials soon. Better to be proactive and plan ahead.

When doing renovations it pays to consult a professional. Just visited a potential client who unknowingly removed a load bearing wall to open up space in basement.

People, these removals need qualified engineers to approve the span and proper structural beams installed!

Thinking you’re saving bu doing stuff yourself sometimes costs you more in the long run.
