Nouveau projet complété à Longueuil !

Peinture complète de ce 5 ½, avec un objectif simple : rafraîchir complètement l’espace et obtenir un fini propre, lumineux et uniforme, prêt pour ses prochains occupants.

Pour l’ensemble du logement, nous avons utilisé Gypsum – SW 9543 de Sherwin-Williams, avec différents finis selon les surfaces :

• Plafonds — fini mat
• Murs — fini velours
• Plinthes et boiseries — fini semi-lustré pour une meilleure durabilité et un nettoyage facile

Une même couleur partout, mais les bonnes finitions aux bons endroits font toute la différence. Le résultat : un espace beaucoup plus lumineux, moderne et facile à entretenir.

Big project in the Old Port, and this one was more than just a repaint.

We gave this entire condo a fresh, clean finish with Gallery White by BEHR, color matched through Sherwin-Williams. The bright white walls completely opened up the space and worked perfectly with the natural light, exposed brick, wood floors, and skylights.

Along with the full condo repaint, we also took care of a long list of extra details, including replacing ceiling lights, changing old ceiling tiles, and building a custom door for the crawlspace under the stairs.

One of the biggest add-ons was reinforcing the wall behind the fireplace to support a heavy TV mount that pulls out and down in front of the mantel. To do it properly, we opened up the wall, anchored into the brick, built new structural support behind the drywall, patched everything back up, and finished it clean so the TV could be mounted safely.

We also got the chance to try out the new Spirex brush from Purdy, and it’s definitely becoming one of our go-to brushes. Great paint pickup, smooth finish, minimal brush marks, and much easier cleanup.

A lot of work went into this condo, and we’re really happy with how fresh, bright, and clean it turned out.

A clean, modern transformation for this backyard fence and balcony skirting.

For this project, we started by spraying down the wood with a fence cleaner, gave everything a thorough scrub, then sanded the surface to open up the wood and help the stain absorb properly. From there, we applied Benjamin Moore Woodluxe Solid Stain, color matched to the client’s choice: Sico 6213-41.

The result: a brighter, cleaner, more polished outdoor space that completely changes the look of the yard.

Outdoor wood needs proper prep if you want the finish to last.

For this project, we restored both the fence and the exterior stairs with a full prep and finish process.

The fence was washed with a wood cleaner, scrubbed by hand, rinsed, spot sanded, then stained in a warm cedar colour to bring the wood back to life.

For the stairs, we replaced damaged wood, sanded everything back to bare wood, applied an exterior oil primer, then finished it with two coats of premium outdoor porch enamel. We also added Behr micro sand for extra grip and reinforced the railing with clean black brackets to match the final look.

Fresh, protected, safer, and ready for Montreal weather.

Completed this beautiful 2-storey loft project in St-Henri.

For this space, we used Sherwin-Williams SW 7551 (Greek Villa) on the walls to create a clean, bright finish that complements the natural light and modern layout of the loft.

Fresh paint, detailed repairs, and a fully refreshed space in Little Burgundy ✨

This apartment had not been professionally painted in over 10 years, so proper preparation was key to achieving a clean and long-lasting finish. Our team repaired numerous holes, dents, and scratches throughout the unit before applying fresh coats of high-quality paint across the entire apartment.

We also helped the owner take care of several additional improvements, including:

• Replacing the kitchen range hood
• Changing all lightbulbs throughout the apartment

Frais, propre et comme neuf ✨

Ce logement à La Prairie avait quelques problèmes de gypse où le ruban décollait aux joints. On a retiré l’ancien ruban, refait les joints correctement, et remis les surfaces à neuf pour un résultat impeccable.

Pour la finition, on a peint les murs en Sesame White de Sherwin Williams, ce qui apporte un look lumineux et moderne qui s’agence parfaitement avec la lumière naturelle et les planchers.

Un autre beau projet complété avec un client satisfait qui nous a laissé un avis 5 étoiles sur Google!️
