For the 2025 Cottage renovation, our clients wanted to redivide the top floor to maximize space and bring their vision to life, including adding a master ensuite where none had existed before. Creating the new bathroom required thoughtful planning and structural work to integrate it seamlessly into the existing layout. We carefully opened the interior and exterior brick walls to install a new window, bringing natural light into the space while preserving the cottage’s character.

2025 Cottage Renovation:
As part of the new master ensuite, we carefully opened the exterior brickwork to install a new window and the exterior vent for the bathroom fan, bringing much-needed natural light and proper ventilation to the space. The masonry work involved precisely cutting and removing a section of the existing brick façade while preserving the character of the cottage. The brickwork was then meticulously finished around the new window and vent for a clean, seamless result. Stay tuned for the photos of the finished master ensuite to come!

2025 Cottage Renovation:
The dining room underwent a transformation with the existing floors receiving some much-needed TLC. They were carefully sanded, stained, and varnished, bringing new life and warmth to the space. New hardwood baseboards were also installed, adding a polished finishing detail and helping bring the entire room together.

As part of our 2025 cottage renovation, we found a smart way to add something the home was missing—a main-floor bathroom. We transformed an unused coat closet into a stylish and functional powder room, making everyday life more convenient and giving guests the perfect place to freshen up while entertaining. Sometimes, the smallest spaces can make the biggest difference!

In 2025, Les Entreprises PNC took on a complete cottage transformation, gutting the space from the top floor down to the basement. The project included fully rewiring the cottage, updating the plumbing, redividing the existing floor space, and creating brand-new rooms. This entrance received a complete transformation, starting with the removal of the old sand coat flooring and repairs to the subfloor to create a solid foundation. We then installed beautiful ceramic tiles, giving the space a durable, timeless finish that completely refreshed the entryway.
