I’ve always kept this space focused on my work, not my personal life, but I felt it was time to address my recent absence.
This year brought unforeseen health challenges that required ongoing treatment and recovery, pulling me away from work and day-to-day life far longer than I ever imagined. Nearly every part of my world was reshaped.
Now that there’s more clarity about my health, I feel ready to bring this chapter to light. When I am ready, I hope to share more of my journey, in case it can make a difference even for just one person.
For now, I want to highlight that this experience has reinforced how crucial it is to trust your instincts and advocate for yourself. Ask questions, educate yourself, seek clarity, and trust your instincts. It can change your life in ways you never expect.
To those who offered patience, kindness, and quiet support during the hardest and most humbling experience of my life, I am eternally grateful. You know who you are, and it means more to me than words can express.
A little shoutout to my new tiny friends, whose daily presence and antics brightened my difficult days and helped me feel grounded when life slowed down.
Looking forward to bringing my focus back to my life, to the people I care about most, and to creating beautiful spaces for my beloved clients.
