We are proud to have been given the mandate to carry out maintenance work at the Arts Place Building.
The objective: ensure public safety and preserve this emblematic place of Montreal's culture for future generations. This large-scale project includes facade repair and modernization of some key areas - all in the heart of the Quartier des Spectacles.
Proud to contribute to the sustainability of this iconic building, our teams are mobilized and committed to put all Magil's expertise at the service of this exceptional project.

New project | CPE The Children of the Future
The Tisseur-Magil Construction consortium is pleased to have obtained the design and construction mandate of the future CPE
Les children of the future, located in the Pointe-Saint-Charles district, in Montreal.
This building will be distinguished by its modular wooden structure, an innovative approach to accelerate construction and deliver new public care facilities faster.
We are proud to be contributing to this community outreach project that will help improve the quality of life for several families in the sector.

Modular design-construction of the CPE The Children of the Future
This project aims to implement a modular CPE in Pointe-Saint-Charles, offering an integrated design-construction approach focused on the speed of ex*****on and the quality of learning environments.
Saint Bruno Multi Sport Complex
This project will give birth in 2027 to a multisport complex at Marie-Victorin Park, a large-scale facility designed to sustainably meet the needs of citizens and sports associations in the region.
Fire station number 1 in Laval
This new barracks targeting LEED v4 Gold certification will bring together operational, technical and living spaces to better meet community needs.
Le George - Phase 2
This second phase of the project contributes to the sustainable residential offer in downtown Montreal, with an elegant 25-storey building.

Innovation in fire prevention: Magil construction paves the way in Quebec!
In our constant commitment to ensure cutting-edge security solutions, Magil Construction has carried out a high-dilatation foam test in partnership with the RoyalTech Group, to ensure the reliability of the fire prevention system as part of the Centre project From delivery to Mirabel. We are proud to be among the first in Quebec to integrate this advanced technology in our construction projects on such a large scale.
The foam generator used allows to quickly create a barrier against fires, strengthening the safety of buildings and aircraft, as well as the safety of occupants. This technology is a step closer to safer and greener construction.
Thanks to our state-of-the-art expertise, we were able to coordinate various professions, including the City of Mirabel Fire Prevention to ensure the success of this operation.
