Looking for an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Boss (Residential)

We are a growing residential home building company in New Brunswick with multiple new homes under construction and more starting soon. Demand is strong, and we are looking to bring on a strong, experienced site supervisor to run day-to-day site operations.

This is not entry-level and not a “helper” role.

What the role is:

•Managing daily activity on multiple residential builds.
•Coordinating and controlling trades.
•Catching issues before they become expensive.
•Keeping sites organized, safe, and on schedule.
•Being the point person on site (no babysitting).

What the role is NOT:

•Office paperwork
•Sales or estimating
•Sitting behind a desk
•Being micromanaged

Who we are looking for:

•10+ years residential construction experience
•Previous foreman / site supervisor / lead carpenter experience
•Someone trades respect and listen to
•Comfortable making decisions and owning outcomes
•Takes pride in well-run, clean sites
