🔨 WE’RE HIRING — SKILLED CONSTRUCTION LABORER

Martell Custom Homes is looking for a reliable, proactive Skilled Construction Laborer to join our General Contracting team.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how a busy jobsite operates and takes pride in keeping projects organized, efficient, safe, and moving forward.

Responsibilities include:

🪚 Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
🔨 Assisting with material handling, basic carpentry, and layout tasks
📋 Preparing materials and anticipating the next steps for trades
🚧 Assisting with concrete preparation, groundwork, and general site upkeep

Applicants must have WHMIS certification, reliable transportation, and at least 1–2 years of experience on commercial or residential construction sites.

Experience with concrete work, forming, or operating a telehandler is considered a strong asset.

We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a commitment to efficiency, safety, and cleanliness.
